RenAI is the community bot for the Roblox game Make History, run by the Make History team (the Roblox group Historical Stratagems). This page explains what RenAI stores and why.

What we store

• Account links: your Discord user ID, your Roblox user ID, Roblox username and display name, when you linked, and your two optional choices (showing your title in game, and your Roblox name in public posts).
• Help requests (ModCall): when you ask moderators for help in Make History, your Roblox username and ID, the reason you typed (after Roblox’s text filter), and which game server you were in.
• Moderation records: actions moderators take, such as bans, with their reasons.
• An audit log of staff actions, so every action can be checked later.

What we never store

Your passwords, your Roblox or Discord sign-in tokens, your chat messages, or your age. You sign in on Roblox’s and Discord’s own websites; RenAI only learns your account ID and name.

Why

To verify that Discord members play Make History, to give community roles, to help moderators respond to requests, and to keep players safe.

Who can see it

Make History moderators, in staff-only channels. Your Roblox name appears in public only if you allowed it.

How long we keep it

• Account links: until you unlink. Past links are kept for 12 months.
• Help requests: 12 months; the reason text is removed after 90 days.
• Audit log: kept so staff actions stay accountable.

Your choices

Run /link unlink in Discord to remove your link at any time, or ask a moderator to erase your data. We also honour Roblox’s right-to-erasure requests.

Age

Discord and Roblox sign-in require you to be at least 13.
